Linnworks is a leading technology company specializing in eCommerce inventory and order management, helping retailers automate key processes, reduce costs, and grow their business. As an Implementation Project Manager, you will be part of a talented team of Implementation Specialists and Managers to deliver a world-class onboarding program for new Linnworks customers. This role will require you to think strategically, test your ideas, and rapidly iterate to find the right formula for success. It is a dynamic role of leadership, technical know-how, creativity, communication, and unwavering passion for customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will..

  • Lead implementation projects and manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the application of resources, both internal and external, to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Work directly with Implementation Team Leads and members across the business to build and execute the initiatives of onboarding programs.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact to set and maintain expectations throughout the implementation process.
  • Track project budget and timelines, reporting back, and maintaining up-to-date information related to the project for management.
  • Attend on-site customer onboarding when necessary.
  • Provide key insights and solutions to company management to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Participate in performance reviews and provide and receive feedback to ensure well-informed personal and professional development for yourself and your colleagues.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not a must! Relevant skills, knowledge, or experience related to acquiring a degree are advantageous.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in e-commerce, SaaS, or cloud application-related environments.
  • Proven track record of success in previous roles.
  • Experience in managing complex, enterprise-grade software, and solutions, both remotely and on-site.

  • Order Management System (OMS)
  • Product Information Management (PIM)

  • E-commerce marketplaces/storefronts
  • Fulfillment applications
